Bash09 tonight! - less crazy this year?
The Bash 09, the Buffalo Red Cross’s annual fundraiser drunkathon might not
be so wild this year. Why? Well, tickets now say “unlimited food and two
drink tickets…” WTF? The whole point of Mash Bash (can’t really call it
that anymore… damn lawyers), er… Bash is the free (albeit warm) Blue and
Box Wine. You’re supposed to get fucking smashed, pee in bushes, and rock
out to Lance Diamond… it takes more than two drinks for me to enjoy the
Diamond, and for 50 bucks, I better get more than a few dozen sausage dogs
in my belly. I don’t know the actual reasons for this (economy shouldn’t be
an excuse people), but it might have something to do with how wild and messy
the party gets.
Oh well, so much for my annual blackout… perhaps I’ll actually remember it
all this year. #snap.
